The Noble or Dark Art of Dunking?

Now this is the biscuit theme that divides like no other!

For some dunking is the last word in hot beverage refinement, a time-honoured tradition for releasing every last beguiling flavour locked deep within one’s biscotti. And yet for others dunking represents the very pinnacle of bad taste.

We’re not here to judge either way, because we believe biscotti tastes as good au naturel as it does half drowned. We do believe however that a different flavoured biscotti is required to showcase tea’s more discreet flavour nuances which is we worked feverishly to launch in 2016 the world’s first ‘tea orientated’ dunker, which came in the guise of a majestically moreish honey, lemon and ginger.
