In line with an escalating public clamour for increasingly indulgent flavour unions, GBBC
launched its second wave of extra indulgent biscotti.
This time there’s a fairly equal split between involving sweet and savoury; ranging
from a Dark Chocolate Orange and a Pistachio, Cranberries and White Chocolate on the ‘sweet side
of the tracks, to a flamboyant kaleidoscope of savoury coalitions, ranging from Wild Garlic &
Rosemary, and Jalapeno & Cheddar to Sun-dried Tomatoes and Olives.
A heavenly huddle of White Chocolate, zingy Cranberries and sublime Pistachios, entwined deep within our classically crumbly biscotti.
We’ve always admired these beguiling bedfellows, which is why we’ve long felt the moment was ripe for velvety smooth dark chocolate and tangy orange to collude and create the last word in after-dinner dunkers.
Quite possibly our most feisty biscotti to date, where sultry South American attitude mingles with ‘smooth as a kiss’ yet discreet English Cheddar.
A dreamy medley of Mediterranean flavours, (sundried tomatoes with green & black olives) the culinary equivalent of a serene, late night stroll along the beach barefooted.
